These seem to have Rudy Nappi art.
Note these photos from eBay of 2 groups of these Sticker library editions all with green bidings.
What I term the 'sticker' library Editions are
those books that have solid colored boards and on the front cover have a pasted down
sticker of the cover art--it is not actually printed or screened onto the boards.
I have seen these with blue, red, and green boards and white lettering on the spine.
I have not seen too many of these, so there are likely to be variations.
