Calling All Sleuths! We're kicking off Nancy Drew's 80th anniversary with a spiffy Web Con of Super Sleuth proportions--and including the Hardy Boys too!

What is a Web Con you may be wondering? It's simply a convention on the web! Meaning you don't have to leave home (nor spend a lot) to attend but you'll get a lot of knowledge, entertainment, and excitment out of it! Just log into the Web Con Blog come Jan. 25, 2010--there will be a spiffy button at the top of this website page to click on to take you to the Blog, or directly bookmark the Blog's URL once you get set up there.

Registration Cost: $20.00 - Includes access to 7 days of Web Con activities, a daily entry into our door prizes for neat Nancy Drew/Hardy Boys prizes plus a neat booklet put together in the style of The Sleuth with glossy color covers featuring some of the submissions from the Web Con and some of your commentary, to be put together and mailed out to all registrants late Feb. 2010.

How's It Organized?

The Web Con will be organized into 7 daily portions, accessible and archived each day. You don't have to sign on at any particular time during each day--nothing is being done "live." At midnight Pacific Time each night, the next days events ill be posted and any updates will follow throughout the day. You can use the comments section of each posting to chat with other people participating and ask questions of those who are contributing.

Once you pay the fee to register for the Web Con, I'll send you an invitation via e-mail to sign up. Invitations will be e-mailed to the e-mail address on your Pay Pal payment. If you need to use another e-mail for the Blog, please e-mail me as soon as you pay so I'll be able to get you set up at the right e-mail. If you are paying by check or money order, please include your e-mail address so I can send you an invite to join the Blog. If you do not already have one, you must also set up a free Google Account to access the Web Con Blog (see below.)

The Web Con will be set up as a Blog with postings each day on a variety of topics related to Nancy Drew and the Hardy Boys. There may be videos that can be watched and downloads you can print out too. There will be daily submissions from our contributors in the style of articles, Blogs, interviews, and commentary plus regular daily features like giveaways, fun facts, activities, rare/scarce/unusual books and collectibles highlighted, collecting tips and 101s, news and scoops, quotes, trivia, and lots more!
